Tournament format
- Red tennis ball cricket — bring your own kit.
- New ball provided for every innings.
- Each team can register up to 15 players.
- Impact Player rule applies.
League stage
- 10 overs per innings.
- First 3 overs mandatory powerplay.
- Maximum 2 overs per bowler.
Semi-finals & Finals
- 12 overs per innings (subject to schedule).
- First 4 overs powerplay.
- Maximum 2 overs per bowler — except two designated bowlers may bowl up to 3 overs.
Match rules
- Standard cricket rules apply, with two exceptions:
- No LBW.
- No leg byes.
- Wide ball — 1 extra run.
- Overthrows count as additional runs.
- One shoulder-height bouncer allowed per over.
- No-ball: overstepping, waist-high full toss, chucking after warning, or a second bouncer in the same over.
- No ball — 1 extra run, next delivery is a free hit.
Fielding restrictions
- During powerplay — maximum 2 fielders outside the circle.
- During regular overs — minimum 4 fielders inside the circle.
Time rules
- League innings must finish within 40 minutes.
- Semi-finals & Finals innings must finish within 50 minutes.
- Every additional 5-minute delay — +3 runs awarded to the batting side.
- Weather and unforeseen delays are excluded from the time count.
Retirement rules
- Retired Hurt — player bats only at the end of the lineup.
- Retired Out — player cannot bat again.
Result rules
- League stage ties — shared points.
- Knockout ties — decided by a Super Over.
